If you cancel the tour or transfer within 24 hours or you don’t turn up for your tour, no reimbursement will be made.

If for any reason, Atmosphere cannot provide the tour or (if applicable) your cruise ship cannot berth in Port Vila due to adverse weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.

If the date or time for your cruise ship berthing in Port Vila is changed, Atmosphere will rearrange the tour for the new date or time. If this is not possible we will give you a full refund via PayPal or Stripe, minus an administration fee of $10 AUD.

When does my tour start?
The tour starts at the time shown for each tour.

For cruisers, 45 minutes after your cruise ship actually berths at the wharf in Port Vila to allow you to clear border control and disembark.

Will I be returned in time to board the ship before it departs?
YES, the future of our business is very dependent on our being able to return you to the ship in good time before the ship departs otherwise no one will book with us! Depending on your tour, we generally will return you one (1) hour before the ship’s scheduled departure time. Please note that we have never been late with any cruisers to date!
Directions at the wharf?
We will provide you with directions as to how to find us at the wharf once you confirm your booking.
Is payment required upfront on booking?
Yes, in order to secure your booking and avoid any disappointment on the day.

And to also stop the increasing hurtful practice where people book, but do not show on the day of their tour or transfer.

ARE PRE-PAID TOURS REFUNDABLE IF MY CRUISE SHIP DOES NOT VISIT DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS?
